Terms & Conditions

1. Service Description

Sage Event Place provides event rental services including venue space, tables, chairs, and optional add-on services. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance through our inquiry process.

Our standard packages include up to 4 hours of event rental time with professional setup and breakdown included. Maximum venue capacity is 100+ guests.

2. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings begin with an inquiry submission. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a reservation.
• A confirmed booking requires a signed agreement and deposit payment.
• Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of deposit.
• Booking confirmations will be sent via email or SMS to the contact information provided.

3. Payment Terms

• A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.
• Remaining balance is due no later than the date specified in your booking agreement.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
• All prices are listed in USD. Pricing is subject to change without notice for future bookings.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@sageeventplace.com.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is due to a documented emergency at Sage Event Place's discretion.
• Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund of any additional payments, minus the deposit.
• Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the event will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
• Sage Event Place reserves the right to cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control; in such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. Event Rental Time Policy

• Standard packages include a 4-hour rental window, which includes setup and breakdown time.
• Clients are expected to vacate the venue by the agreed-upon end time.
• Overtime charges may apply for events that exceed the reserved time window.
• Extended rental time may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability and prior arrangement.

6. Add-On Services

• Add-on services (linens, photobooth, projector, Bluetooth speaker) are subject to availability.
• Add-on services must be requested before the event.
• Additional fees apply for all add-on services and will be itemized in your booking agreement.
• Sage Event Place is not liable for technical failures of third-party add-on services beyond our reasonable control.

7. SMS Terms

By opting in to receive SMS communications from Sage Event Place:

• You consent to receive text messages related to your inquiry, booking confirmation, and service updates.
• Message frequency varies based on booking status and service needs.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of all SMS communications.
• Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at info@sageeventplace.com.
• Your SMS opt-in will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates.

8. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests during the event.
• Damage to the venue, equipment, or property caused by guests will be the client's financial responsibility.
• Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Clients must adhere to the venue's maximum capacity of 100+ people.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Sage Event Place (New Wave Bounce Houses LLC) shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the event, except where caused by our proven negligence. We are not responsible for weather-related disruptions, vendor failures (beyond our direct services), or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Clients are encouraged to obtain event insurance for additional protection.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

11. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered text messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and may be affected by factors outside the control of Sage Event Place (a DBA of New Wave Bounce Houses LLC).

12. Age Restrictions

You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in or use the SMS messaging services provided by Sage Event Place (a DBA of New Wave Bounce Houses LLC). By opting in to receive text messages, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.

13. Agreement to Terms

By submitting an inquiry or booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

14. Contact Us
